Here we are again for part 2 of the Holiday Fashion series. When dressing in bright colors, it’s best to wear simpler silhouettes. Jewel tones, such as this emerald shift I wore are great for standing out in a crowd, especially since most people tend to wear red around Christmas anyways. A shorter hemline keeps the dress fun and flirty, while the long sleeves and mock turtle neckline will keep you from getting too chilly in the winter weather. I accessorized the look with Christian Louboutin pumps and a crystal bracelet for some sparkle and twisted my hair into a chic and elegant chignon.
Want to know a fun twist to this outfit? I made the dress myself last summer!! Crazy isn’t it? I think it turned out quite well though.
What will you be wearing this holiday season?
